Privacy Policy

Our starting principle

The best way to protect your data is not to collect it. MarketDesk requires no account, sets no tracking of its own, and touches personal information in only the two situations described below — both of which you initiate.

When you give us information

Price alerts. Creating an alert stores your email address alongside the alert's conditions. It is used solely to deliver that notification and is removed from the active list once the alert fires. Contact messages. Writing to us shares your name, email and message, which we keep only as long as the conversation requires.

Technical records

Web servers keep routine logs — IP address, browser, requested pages, times. Ours are held by our hosting provider under its standard retention rules and are used for security and fault-finding, nothing else.

Advertising

To keep the site free, pages may carry ads served by third parties such as Google AdSense. Ad networks may use cookies to select the ads you see based on your wider browsing. You can turn off personalised ads at Google Ads Settings; non-personalised ads may still appear.

What we never do

We do not sell or rent personal information, we do not send marketing email, and we do not pass your details to the market-data providers whose feeds power the site — those requests are made by our server, not by your browser.

Your control

Ask us at any time to show, correct or erase any personal data you have submitted, including deleting an active price alert, and we will do it without fuss.

Changes

Any revision to this policy appears here, dated. Continued use of the site after a change means acceptance of the current version.
